POOL RULES 

  • For the exclusive use of Highlands HOA residents and their guests.
  • Do not remove the blue rope at any time.
  • Take all trash with you.
  • Pool gates must be latched at all times.
  • Read all pool rules

TENNIS COURT RULES

  • For the exclusive use of Highlands HOA residents and their guests.
  • Tennis courts must be locked when not in use.
  • Courts are for tennis use only and nothing else.
  • Read all tennis court rules

HOA COMMON AREA RULES

  • Pick up after your dogs
  • No smoking in the common areas (pool, tennis, lawn, sidewalks, etc)

TRASH PICKUP

Our trash pickup day is Wed. Normally they come early in the morning. Please place your trash in the blue bin in the enclosed area for your building. If you have a blue bin, please have the city pick it up or let the HOA know.

CARPORT STORAGE

To report a complain, please call the city code enforcement at 830-598-2633

  • Carports can’t be used to store items. For the complete code click here.

LEASH LAW

For violations, please call animal control at the city 830.598.2633.

FEEDING WILDLIFE

  • Sec. 2.09.004 (feeding of deer) of the Horseshoe Bay Code of Ordinances prohibits the feeding of deer within the city limits.  read more

GRINDER SYSTEM (SEWER)

Horseshoe Bay’s sewer  is built using a grinder system.  If the red light on the grinder is flashing, call the city 830-598-8741 immediately, even after hours.

There are somethings you need to be aware of, such as what you can put in  toilet, garbage disposal and the chemical to treat. read more
